SteadyPost is a trading name of Clarigen Limited ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply when you purchase the SteadyPost social media content service via steadypost.co.uk.
SteadyPost provides done-for-you social media content — content strategy, copywriting, graphic design, and scheduling — for up to two platforms of your choice (LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram), at a rate of 12 posts per month. We do not manage paid advertising as part of this service.
A one-time setup fee of £297 applies to cover onboarding, content pillar development, and your first month's content build. The ongoing service fee is £297 per month, billed monthly, or available at a discounted rate if paid quarterly upfront. Fees are processed securely via Stripe.
The service has a minimum term of 4 months from your start date. After the minimum term, the agreement continues on a rolling monthly basis. You may cancel at any time after the minimum term by giving 30 days' written notice to hello@steadypost.co.uk.
You will be shown each month's content ahead of publication. One revision round is included each month, covering up to two posts. If your first month's content doesn't reflect your brand voice, tell us and we'll rework the content pillars and that month's posts at no extra charge, before anything is published without your sign-off.
You're responsible for providing accurate information about your business during onboarding, and for reviewing content within the agreed approval window so posts can go out on schedule.
We provide content creation and scheduling services on a reasonable-skill-and-care basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as sales, leads, or follower counts), as these depend on factors outside our control.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
