SteadyPost is a trading name of Clarigen Limited ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through steadypost.co.uk and the onboarding process, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details you provide when you get in touch or purchase — name, email, business name.
• Payment information, processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your card details ourselves.
• Onboarding information you provide about your business, brand voice and content preferences, used to produce your content.
• Basic technical data (such as browser type) collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver the SteadyPost service, communicate with you about your account, process payments, and — where you've agreed — send occasional updates about the service.

Who we share it with

We share data with the service providers needed to run SteadyPost: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and any scheduling or design tools used to produce and publish your content. We do not sell your data to third parties.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as you're an active client, and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To do so, email hello@steadypost.co.uk.
